  • W-E serves 7 communities: Willoughby, Willoughby Hills, Eastlake, Willowick, Timberlake, Lakeline, Waite Hill
  • Student Population: approximately 6,897

    • Career & Technical Programs: NCI Eastlake and NCI Willoughby
    • Alternative Programs: ​
      • ​Social Acquisition of Interpersonal Language (SAIL) - for students on the autism spectrum
      • Providing Alternative Choices in Education (PACE) - for students grades 9-12, with behavior or emotional needs that put them at risk for academic failure
      • Bridge to Success (BTS) - for upper level students that are beyond the traditional high school age range

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?

  • Because the job of the District is to educate students, 80% of our budget goes to staffing. That staff includes those who teach, keep kids safe, keep buildings clean and maintained, and handle all the day to day operations of operating and preparing curriculum to educate the students of the W-E District.
